Syncing issue

My FitBit zip was syncing to the app yesterday, but it won’t sync today. The Fitbit itself is counting steps and everything just fine, but after I changed the battery it won’t sync. Any ideas why?

Hey there @49Matt49! This may have an easy fix. Try logging out from the Fitbit app, then reboot your phone and force quit your app (when double tap home button and swipe up the Fitbit app). Once your phone is up, log back in.  If this doesn't work, restart your Zip and try sync again.
