This zip just doesn't work

So frustrated
On repeated occasions I have tried to get this zip to work
I have tried putting in a new battery, lifting the inside connectors and checking the battery on the app. A handy guy at work who is a Fitbit zip enthusiast ha also tried to help. Today after a run I noticed it wasn't working.
Should I try to get a new one or should I just forget it and get something else??
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Conniel79 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try to restart your Zip first. Also, checking the inside connectors to make sure they are having proper contact with the battery is great. Sometimes it is need to lift up the metal tab inside to make sure it will touch the battery. Check here to follow the process. If non of this works; I will recommend to report the problem to customer support for further solutions. You can check the warranty here
