When starting exercise I set my fitbit app to track my exercise. I turn on location and Bluetooth and check I have GPS before starting. Once complete I press and hold the finish button and it shows me what I have done. When I go back to my 5 day progress it hasn't recorded. Can anyone help with what might be wrong please?

Nice to see you here @Boo17! This sounds odd. To make sure that your app is working as it should, can you please log out and reboot your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in. Also, can you check if you can see these exercises on your Online Dashboard?

I'm having the same problem. I did what you suggested and it's not working. I like to see my exercise each day. Any other suggestions.

Hi, it's not tracking my walking. I walk in th am for 30 min and it doesn't track. It use to but no longer

That's the same problem as I am having and also happening on the zip of my exercise partner. We can walk from 30 minutes to and hour several times a week, covering 3 - 5 miles usually. It's very frustrating when you get back and can't see it recorded 😔

Both of ours worked when we first got the zip too. They both started failing to record at a similar time

It's nice to hear from the people that have similar problems. What is Fitbit going to do for us. It's obvious there is no fix. I feel we should be sent a new ZIP. Please let us know.
