My FitBit Zip is over a year old and I typically only have to replace the battery quarterly. Now it depletes the battery within days. I've followed the instructions for replacing the battery and resetting the Zip. It did pop off my waist band a few weeks back while I was at lunch and landed on the concrete floor. I'm wondering if that dislodged something that it's just never recovered from.
I've been thinking about upgrading my FitBit anyway and instead of spending more time (and money on batteries) I'm wondering if you offer any sort of trade in when someone upgrades?

Hi, @nstephen! There is no trade-in program, but it might be worth getting in touch with Fitbit Support about your tracker. Sometimes they will offer a discount on a new tracker.
