Unable to sync

I've been unable to sync without removing the battery and restarting for a few weeks now. Any advice please?

I contacted customer services and apparently there is an issue with my Fitbit which may be stopping it from syncing. My Fitbit is out of warranty but customer services have given me 25% off a new Fitbit. 😊

Your zip is discontinued  and not  being  monitored  anymore  it will not sync.  The problem  isn't  going to be fixed.
