My app and Fitbit stopped syncing and I had no idea until I got a weekly report showing no activity at all. When I contacted help, I was told I had to download an update, which took about 10 minutes. My suggestion is that there should be an email notification that download is required.

Best AnswerMy dashboard is not displaying the sleep correctly. I have to go to the sleep tiles to get the accurate readings. Please fix this or tell me how to fix this. Thank you
