Hi, I'm using a PC with Windows 10 and the plug in wireless sync dongle for the fitbit Zip.
Today, when I open the fitbit App on my PC it opens normally, I click on the little tracker icon in the top right, it says synced yesterday 21:13, and I click on the circle of arrows to refresh..
Then it says:
Looking for tracker...
Syncing... (and the blue bar goes across normally showing that the tracker is talking to the PC)
Trouble connecting to fitbit.com
When I went to fitbit.com in a web browser today I had to go through a Cloudflare Captcha page.
I'm guessing that the fitbit App is coming up against Cloudflare in some similar fashion and is unable to connect.
Please help.

And today I'm able to visit fitbit.com in a browser normally without going through a Captcha, and the Zip has synced successfully.

Could have been a glitch with the internet, I suppose. Glad you were able to sync and all is well.
I love the little Zip!
