Blank zip

My zip was working last evening, but the step count did not update fully last night and now my screen is blank.

A warm welcome to the Community @Rj1960! I would like you to restart your Zip and continue monitoring it: 

 

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.
