I will have done, say, an hour of cardio and the active minutes will be logged. However (this only happens sometimes) when I sync up my steps again, all the active minutes for that day disappear, like I never did them. Can this be fixed? This may or may not have a solution, but it is really discouraging to see my hard work disappear.

Welcome to the Forums @ElenaRose! Please double check your manually logged activities. Manually logged activities override your tracker's data. Sometimes users report a decrease in active minutes after logging an activity, which can occur if what your tracker recorded was more intense than what you logged.
However, if you feel that your tracker is not working correctly please restart it. Or, you can restart your app by logging our and rebooting your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in
Keep me posted! 😉

I have had the same problem with minutes disappearing during the day. I do not manually log anything. Is there a fix? Causing frustration due to setting goals with my health coach for active minutes and I can't use the log to show her my active minutes.
