My battery usually lasts 3 or 4 months or so but I never track that.
I never know why, but I get so many differences in where my battery level is. Sometimes i get an email that my battery is low, I look at the zip it isn't, I also see the low battery on the zip and the reverse of it too, but after it syncs with my iPhone, it goes away.
Does anyone know why this happens?
I usually replace the battery when both the zip and the iPhone app show low battery.
Thanks,
Bill

Welcome to the forums @getfacsw! I'll be glad to help. 🙂 This is an odd situation. In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
I hope this helps! 🙂
Best AnswerI don't think it's a battery or connection issue but a problem with the software. It seems like if I don't go into the app for couple of days to sync I see these "errors". It's not like the battery is actually dead or low as I could go for a month or more and not have to change the battery.
