Hi, all my data disappeared. I synced after not using my zip for many months but all has disappeared. I'd also changed my login details. What can I do?

Hi @Heb1 nice to see you here! I'm glad to know that you want to get back on track.
Sorry to hear about your lost data. Have you tried different email addresses? It might be that you're not logged in your old account. There is no way you can wipe out Fitbit data from an account, at least that you delete the Fitbit Account itself. You can go ahead and give it a try with different email addresses to see if this works.
Have you tried to sync your Zip? Is it working? If it is not syncing, please clean the Zip contacts.
