Hello @FredFudbuck, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.

When you sync your tracker with your account, do you notice a discrepancy on the data showed on the computer and the iPhone? If not, my suggestion would be restarting your tracker and then sync it with your iPhone, then check the information on your online Dashboard on your computer, the information should now be the same.

To restart your tracker:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the “+” side facing up, and close the door.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
