Zip showing no steps

For the past two weeks, I have gotten my weekly report and it shows no steps for two days out of the week. Why is my zip suddenly not syncing any steps at all for certain days?

Have you checked your online Dashboard to see if the information from the missing days is displayed? If so, it seems there's a bug affecting the report you're receiving. However, if no information is shown for those days, I would like to recommend restarting your tracker and syncing it at least once every 2 days. 

 

To restart your tracker:

  1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the “+” side facing up, and close the door.
