Zip Notifications out of wack

I have set Notifications to alert me when battery needs chanaging.  No notification.

I have set Notifications to disallow friend request and I am getting them and have to delete them.

This on top of Zip not syncing and now not showing daily steps in the app.  Can see them on the Zip.
