Zip bit not syncing at all

I have

*taken the battery out

*uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my computer and phone.

*I have updated my profile

*signed out and back in

Nothing is working. Also the time is incorrect! Any help would be very grateful please!! I don't understand why it keeps doing stuff like this!??

Welcome to the Community @Andra123. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following @HelenaFitbit's instructions in the Having trouble syncing? post.

Thanks for the reply. I had done all those things and none of them worked.

It is working again now after 2 days, I don't get it. Anyways hopefully it will keep acting right, other wise I will contact customer service about it.

@Andra123 thanks for the update! It sounds like you've exhausted all troubleshooting possible to fix this issue. You are right, the next step would be contacting our Support Team for a second opinion. They definitely have the proper tools to take a deeper look into your tracker's behavior!
