Zip counted too many steps

I have not worn my zip tracker for most of the month of April but decided to start tracking steps again. When I synced it yesterday, it shows that I did over 1,000,000 steps for the past week. I looked at the zip display and it was rapidly counting up steps. I changed the battery, and it finally stopped counting steps; however I have a ton of badges that I did not earn and a whole lot of steps that I did not do. Is there a way to reset it so that I can legitimately earn the badges and also delete the steps that I did not do?  Thank you!

Nice to see you here @sara4iowa! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly you can restart it. Also, you can negate the extra steps by manually logging a driving activity for the days with incorrect data.

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉
