Zip didn't reset. Still adding steps to yesterday's total

I'm having that problem with my Zip. It hasn't reset from last night. I've taken out the battery to reset it, as well as put in a new battery. Any other suggestions? Thanks. Jaime

Yes it just kept counting steps from the previous nights step count. It seems to have reset itself last night. I’ve started new steps for today. But yesterday’s step total still has the previous days steps added into it.

Hello. Yes it has always synced with my phone. It just kept adding on to the day before’s total. It finally reset to zero the next day. Thanks
