As I have said my Zip hasn't synced for a week. I have tried on two ipads, my andrpoid phone and with the PC and dongle! I have tried every single thing recommended including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning phone off and on, blue tooth the same and taking the battery in and out! Now waiting for CS to respond and if i get a generic troubleshooting responce I will scream!!!!

I hope you told them everything you have done so far to try and resolve the problem. If not then expect generic

I have had the same issue over the same time period. I got a new zip for Christmas and can't get the thing to update software.

Same issue here, and I've also tried all of the same fixes you've tried. No luck. Very frustrating.
