Zip not connecting

When I try to put my steps in my fitbit app it says it won't connect to fitbit.com

It's great to have you here @sandywithay! I wanted to ask, are you trying to sync your tracker using your Android device or have you tried using a computer? 

 

To get you back on track, you can try the troubleshooting steps listed in this Community thread. Hopefully this helps you out.
