Zip not holding charge

Frustrated that I am changing this battery about every 10 days no help from fit bit at all. They say it’s a known issue that they’re working on. In the meantime I guess I’m supposed to keep buying batteries. Talked to them tonight they’re OK with me buying another device—so long fit bit. Too bad because I’ve been a loyal user for three years now.

As Support said, at the moment this is a known issue by our engineering team and they are working to find a fix for this. You can join or follow this discussion for more information. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, and we hope to get you back on track soon.

In an effort to tidy up the forums, I'm going to go ahead and close this discussion, but please do join us here for updates or to leave all your comments on the Tracker not holding charge since iOS 2.39 update on Flex, One, and Zip trackers.
