Zip not resetting at midnight

My zip seems to be resetting at midday instead of Midnight.  Have tried resetting, syncing, checked time zone, changed to 24 hour time but nothing has fixed it. Started doing it when I changed the battery.

Nice to see you here @TracyJNZ! This sounds odd. In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:
