I purchased a Zip and have set it up to Sync with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. It worked for a while but now every day I get the "tracker not found" error. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps and the only way to get it working again is to restart the phone. I don't want to have to do this every day just to get this working. I just checked the compatible devices list and noticed that the Galaxy Note 5 is not specifically listed. Does this mean I am out of luck for now? Hope someone has an idea so I don't have to switch to a different tracker that does work with the phone. Thanks!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Norm1127! The Samsung Galaxy Note V is not listed in our supported devices yet. So you may have some difficulties while syncing. I recommend following the troubleshoot provided here. Also, setting it up as a new device may bring it back to sync as it should. Answering the main question: Your tracker is working fine, but there's not compatibility at all with the phone model yet.
