My zip is not syncing. Its been giving me a syncing error for the last couple of days. When I go to the app to sync it a line appears and it sits at the same length and 10-20 minutes later it goes through but nothing syncs.
I've taken the battery out and put it back in.
I've turned off my Bluetooth and turned it back on.
It's just not syncing. The battery life is fine. I bought replacements and when they die I put in a new one.
Is it possible for you to ship out a new one and I ship this one back so that you can see what is going on with it?

Welcome to the Forums @Laena! This sounds odd. Please make sure that your Zip is up to date. To update your tracker, visit the help article What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
Also, make sure that your have followed the suggested troubleshot in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

After sending my message I did some searching in the communities and found an answer. It syncs now but it just takes a while, almost the whole day to sync. Some days I'm able to get two or three syncs and others just one. However, I'm semi happy with the results and that my fitbit is still sort of working

Thanks for the reply @Laena! This sounds odd, it shouldn't take so long for your Zip to sync. As I mentioned in my previous post, the best is to update your tracker to ensure that is working correctly.
Keep in mind that a syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. You can take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? as mentioned above.
