Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Sions! Did you try these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Was this the setup process that you followed? If not, following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Also, make sure that your mobile device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android as per @MarreFitbit's post.
Hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.

hi,
i have the same problem too. My Fitbit zip suddenly not able to sych, BUT it is still tracking my my steps, i have now few thousand steps pending sych.
I Fitbit 2.24.1 (535) iOS app. It was working well since day one with my Zip until this week.
I have try the link above to troubleshoot, going through all the troubleshooting steps per the help section "I can't sych my tracker" http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/?q=unable+to+sych&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1
I even tried using other phone to sych and other PC desktop, still unable to detect and sych.
Please advice.

I have tried all of these as well. My zip keeps saying it cannot sync and to restart the bluetooth which I have several times. I also realized that my zip isnt tracking all of my steps. Ive only had my zip since march so its frustrating.
