Zip not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I have tried reinstalling the app, restarting my zip, restarting my phone and have all day sync turned on but nothing appears to be working. When I try to pair my device a message comes up saying unable to communicate with zip or rejected by zip.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Sions! Did you try these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Was this the setup process that you followed? If not, following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Also, make sure that your mobile device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android as per @MarreFitbit's post.

Hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.

I give up. In the last 6 months Fitbit has replaced my Zip twice. I bought last Chritsmas and in February they sent me the first replacement because the battery didn't last the 6 months. In May happened the same and I received the second replacement in June.
Zip never has paired with my device (Galaxy Note 4). I tried the reset thing, the Bluetooth thing, my Location is on, every troubleshooting suggested. I am very dissapointed. I have a Charge and works wonderfully. My only complaint with the Charge is the wristband, it broke so fast and easy but still works. I bought the Zip for his size thinking that I did not needed a new Charge because the Zip had the features tha I needed.

I have tried all of these as well.  My zip keeps saying it cannot sync and to restart the bluetooth which I have several times.  I also realized that my zip isnt tracking all of my steps.  Ive only had my zip since march so its frustrating.
