Zip problems since update

For the past few weeks, since updating my Fitbit app, my zip has gone haywire. I've done the battery check and have reset/synced... And nothing is helping!!

Since this most recent update, more than half the time, I'm losing steps. For example - on Tuesday, I had 12000 steps. On Wednesday, I had over 2000 steps by noon. I drove to a meeting and when I got out of the car, it said I only had 400 steps. This morning, I synced to my phone app and I now have 0 steps yesterday, 6000 (somehow?!?) for Tuesday... What the heck?? Where is this inconsistency coming from?

This is the new normal since updating. I rarely have a day when my Fitbit will keep track of steps without resetting itself randomly or when my app matches the steps my Fitbit had recorded. It's really annoying and it makes not want to bother using my zip!!

Why?!? Help??!!

You may need a new fitbit if it's still under

Warranty you can get another if not, you could try restarting it 3 times in a row.Smiley Happy

Having a very similar problem since changing the battery back in June. It keeps resetting itself during the day - changes the time and the steps. Earlier I was close to 3,000 and now after walking it show 9 steps but showed 2034 when I synced it.
