I have a new Zip and am having the same problem with my Android. Worked perfectly for the first week.
I have tried the following steps repeatedly:
rebooting Zip by taking out battery and waiting 10 seconds, then replacing
removing and reinstalling app
rebooting my phone
Last night it synced, stopped working again today.
When I go to Bluetooth settings and try to pair, the message I get is "pairing rejected by zip"

Thanks for stopping by @Kate0305 and @Elirien! This sounds odd. Can you please confirm that you have followed this tips of How to Fix Syncing Issues? Also, can you please let me know the model and the Android version of your phone?
I look forward for your reply! 😉
