I have a new Zip and am having the same problem with my Android. Worked perfectly for the first week.
I have tried the following steps repeatedly:
rebooting Zip by taking out battery and waiting 10 seconds, then replacing
removing and reinstalling app
rebooting my phone
Last night it synced, stopped working again today.
When I go to Bluetooth settings and try to pair, the message I get is "pairing rejected by zip"

Thanks for stopping by @Kate0305 and @Elirien! This sounds odd. Can you please confirm that you have followed this tips of How to Fix Syncing Issues? Also, can you please let me know the model and the Android version of your phone?
I look forward for your reply! 😉

Thanks for the update @Kate0305! Since this is a compatible mobile device, can you please check that you are logged on the registered email account? Also, can you please attach a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
I look forward for your reply!

Obviously everyone has tried to BS suggestions check the battery? Are you sure it's turned on? Don't be obtuse 🤦🏼:female_sign: if you don't support Fitbit zip anymore just admit it! I just bought a used Fitbit zip off of somebody for $150 and now it's useless no one can help me I've tried on three different phones I can't get it to sync. Obviously no one can.
