Zip restart after syncing

Hi when I sync my zip it returns to zero I got a new battery so it's not that.

Welcome to the Forums @Bobtail2018!  In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. You can check out the process to fix this in this post by @vomitofthemind.
