I am having such a hard time getting my zip to sync with my galaxy 8. About once a week one of tricks work. I take the battery out, reinstall the app. Turn off Bluetooth. Turn on/off location settings, restart phone, force stop the app. It's very frustrating.

Welcome to the Forums @Atlbronco! Thanks for sharing your experience with your Zip. To make sure is working correctly, please restart it.
Also, double check the inside spring is correctly placed. Sometimes your tracker will have some inconsistencies when this is bent. Here is the post of @vomitofthemind for instructions on how to solve this.
Finally, please make sure that you All Day sync feature is enabled. To check if you have enabled All Day Sync on your app. You need to go to account, then tap the picture of your tracker and scroll down and enable this option.
I hope this helps, keep me posted! 🙂
