Zip will only sync if I remove battery and reinsert

Last few days my Zip will only sync with phone app by removing and reinstalling the battery.

Didn't work for me. When I tried to add a new device it couldn't find it.
Kind of weird 'cause it does recognize when I changed the battery, just
won't update the steps.

ADK1, I also attempted to add a new device and it didn't recognize it.So frustrating, it appears that the issue is only with some users.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy Tab E, an AT&T 4G LTE tablet

Uninstall a software unpair your zip reinstall it after you reboot the phone do not reboot the zip or take battery out and see what happens when you re-download the software make sure you rate it one star if enough people rated one star they might change it fasterSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

The easiest thing to do is remove the battery every morning.

THAT is not the POINT. The point IS, the zip is not syncing as it is Supposed to. It is not working Properly. We should not have to find a work around to make it do what is expected to be done automatically.
