My zip is not resetting the previous days step count. How do I go about resetting the zip? Removing the battery did not do the trick.

Same here. Changed the battery, which may have been part of the issue, but it's carrying over yesterday's steps to today. If it ends up being just one day of wonky data, I guess that's okay, but if it doesn't reset to zero for tomorrow, I don't know what to do. It becomes essentially useless given that the one and only purpose of this device is to track daily steps!
