Zip won't sync

I've had my Zip for 3 years with no difficulty in syncing it til after the recent update...now will only sync after removing battery and reinstalling it.....certainly not convenient to use now.....

Same thing happened to me. Synching stopped suddenly a few weeks ago. Removing & reinserting the battery is the only way to get it to sych & it only does it once.  What's the solution?! I tried to even buy another fitbit zip online & suddenly the price is >3 times what I originally paid! 😡

This problem is getting beyond frustrating.  And removing the battery and putting it back in only works once, then stuck again. Why can't fit bit come to the rescue
