Zip won't wake up

Hasn't recorded steps since yesterday morning.  Battery is fairly new.  Tried taking battery out and bending contact out.  Still nothing

Nice to see you here @Darthur! Thanks for sharing your experience with Fitbit Zip. To better assist you, can you please confirm that these were the steps you followed to restart your tracker and this tips provided by @vomitofthemind to check the inside spring
