fitbit zip disconnected

App shows zip disconnected. Tried turning off Bluetooth, deleted, re-paired, uninstalled, reinstalled... Will work for awhile, then shows disconnected and I have to do all over again. Twice today..solution?

Welcome to the Community @mlanier. Can you tell which mobile phone are you using to sync your tracker? If you are using a Nokia Lumia 635, let me tell you that this phone is not compatible and that might be the reason why you are having problems syncing your tracker. I recommend syncing it with a computer or take a look at our list of Compatible Mobile Devices.
