latest version of zip

Hi,
I have a fitbit zip. My latest version is 5.86 and I have an android phone. I bought the zip off eBay so I am wondering if I have the latest version.
It does not sync all the time to my app. Support says it is because it is on 15 minute intervals.

Fitbits automatically sync every 15 - 20 minutes to the wireless when its in range and you are using a computer to sync.

 

It's a little different with the app. It will sync every time you open the app but will not keep on syncing unless you enable "all day sync"
