Even though the Zip can't detect sleep, can you still log it and have the sleep goal tile anyway?

@Blearlime,

It depends on how you'll use it...

If you're using the Zip in its own account, then no...  You'll have to log the sleep manually, and the sleep tile will show you the duration that you slept.

If you're using the Zip in addition to the Charge 2 in one account, then yes...  but you'll see only one tile for sleep (and steps, etc.).  Fitbit doesn't separate your stats for each tracker, it combines them.  So if you have a Charge 2, then I would simply wear that for sleep tracking.  You'll see at least times awake/restless, and if detected even sleep stages.

I hope this helps.

Nice to see you here @Blearlime! You can always manually log a night's sleep. To manually log your sleep, please do the following:

1. Sign into your Fitbit Dashboard, then click "Log Activity", then select the "Sleep" tab.
2. Enter the time that you entered your bed and left your bed.
3. Then click on the "log sleep" button.
4. Once you sync your tracker your sleep information will be visible on your Dashboard.

To enable your missing tiles check this help articles for Fitbit.com Dashboard and for the Fitbit the app

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉

I haven't actually opened the zip yet because it's a gift, but I saw that it didn't track sleep automatically, I have a charge 2 and I was wondering if my tile for sleep would look the same as the zip's sleep tile.
