not showing steps on Fitbit zip

My Fitbit Zip is still working although I no longer see my steps or the time on the actual zip itself. I only know my step count ounce I sync it to my computer. I tried replacing the battery to see if the screen would start working again but that did not work. Any suggestions on what is wrong and or what to do?

  • Is your Zip's display not working at all?
  • Have you followed these steps to restart your Zip?

I did those 3 steps and even put in a brand new battery and nothing except a partially black screen shows up.

Mine shows my steps on my fit bit but not on my IPHONE .. all of a sudden after an update.. any idea why?

How did you ever resolve this issue?  I am currently having that exact problem where activity shows in my zip fit and everything but the steps shows in my iPhone 11. Any suggestions?
