Resolved! Adidas training app has no exercise explanation

Hi,I bought my brand new Ionic Adidas edition primarily for its look but the Adidas app is absolutely useless! It only shows a name for an exercise how am I supposed to know what to do? I know some of the exercises but most I have no idea what to do....

Weight lifting log app for Fitbit watches?

It would be awesome to not have to take my phone to the gym, but I do need a way to load workouts and record weight and reps. If/when a good app for this exists will be the day I buy an Ionic.
