I used to have a Find a Phone app on my Versa 2. It would find my phone when I pushed a button. Is there an app available for my Versa 4?

How do I stop the "get up &move" reminders?

I need to stop the "get up &move" reminders.  I walked about 2000 steps and it buzzed/vibrated as I was walking.  Cell phone notifications-dont want them , don't need them.  Annoying and drains battery Moderator Edit: Clarified subject
