When I sync my Versa 4, it shows 1465 calories on the Fitbit app. It doesnt it matter if I walk 1,000 steps, 10,000 steps, 15,000 steps, or 20.000 steps. It always syncs as 1465 calories. And I have often checked the Versa at night and it is always beyond that number. (There was one day in February where it far exceeded that number at 2,258 calories)
And with no backup capability on the site I don't think I can delete the app for fear of losing all of the data.
I posted about this a few months ago and got crickets.

@ScottMelrose This is a very unusual error. Do you use an Android or iPhone? There might be some platform specific troubleshooting. There is on thing I can say with certainty. As long as you sync your data, you can delete your Fitbit app, then re-download it.

I deleted it and re-downloaded it. And you are right, the data is there.
Currently, I have taken about 11.5k steps and it shows me burning about 880 calories. That works out to about 61 calories per hour which is what would happen if I was in a coma.
---
On Monday I took a picture of the Versa at 7:43PM. It showed 12,747 steps with 1,868 calories burned. When I synced it the next morning it was 1,465 as it has been every day this month...and pretty much the rest of the year. Something is really wrong here. I never had this problem with my One.
---
Walked almost 3 miles this morning with my dog and it still shows calories burned as if I'm in a coma.
Any other suggestions besides trashing the Versa?
