Hello everyone,
I have been having a problem with the Hourly Activity monitor (the 205+ step/hour thing). Sometimes, it will just stop counting that I completed 250 steps. It will record it correctly on my Versa, but it will not update on my fitbit app on my phone. This happens periodically for no reason. Maybe once a month.
For example, I have it set to track for 9 hours, and I completed all 9 today, but when I sync it with my fitbit app, it only shows that I completed the first 5 hours. It's frustrating because I track that a lot and compete with my wife and others.
I see that this issue happens a lot on this forum, but it always shows that the problem is resolved, but the solutions given never work for me. What should I do, or is there something I'm doing wrong? Please fix this, Fitbit! I've been a religious Fitbit user since December of 2016, and I credit it for my 30+ pound weight loss. This is the only issue that I have, and I would love it if it were fixed!

That is correct, this is a known issue that is affecting some accounts.
