I have problems with my vision and I have an accessibility feature on my iPhone for spoken content. Somehow the Fitbit app disables the spoken content!. My on screen reader doesn’t work at all while in this app only. I find this incredibly offensive and urge Fitbit developers to make this app differently abled friendly!

@Lnk723 Thanks for your response.
I'm sorry to hear that the link is not responding. Let's try to access to it, just one more time, Which accessibility features are available on my Fitbit device?
Have a nice day.
