Accidentally deleted FITBIT app from Iphone, and now I cannot get the tracker to pair.

I accidentally deleted FITBIT app from Iphone, and now I cannot get the tracker to pair after re-installing the app.

 

I have restarted bluetooth, reset the tracker, and restarted the phone, and I have tried re-installing the app and re-pairing 3 times.   The tracker is charged.

 

Suggestions will be very appreciated.

Also, I may not have re-installed the app under my old account.  I cannot remember what my account name was.

 

Is there a way you can tell fitbit to de-pair a device from an account?
