Today I sync my fitbit Ace with my phone's app.
To be honest I hadn't done it since January.
But today after I synced it all the steps and information my fitbit had register through out the day where lost and I'm starting from 0 again.
Has this happened to anyone else? Can I still recover the information from today?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that your Fitbit device can only store up to 7 days of detailed information, so we recommend you to sync it often.
With that said, if you are unable to see the data synced from your Ace after the sync process finished, please force-quit the app and open it again. If this doesn't seem to work and the information is still not showing up, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
