I have gotten credit on my Alta HR for active minutes and steps but not for my weekly exercise goal. When I look at the log behind the weekly exercise goal dashboard, some days are missing entirely. When I look at my account on a web browser, the data is in the graph but not the data list.

In order to log out from your account in the Fitbit app, tap on Account and scroll all the way down, you will be able to see the "Log out" button. Tap on it to log out from your account.

I logged out and restarted my phone then logged in again but it still shows the same data. See the attached pics from the weekly activity report from last week plus the dashboard for every day that week
