Active Minutes and Daily Exercise not syncing

I have gotten credit on my Alta HR for active minutes and steps but not for my weekly exercise goal. When I look at the log behind the weekly exercise goal dashboard, some days are missing entirely. When I look at my account on a web browser, the data is in the graph but not the data list.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to request you some screenshots of what you're able to see in the app Dashboard and in the online Dashboard, this will be very helpful for me to check this further. In the meantime, please try the following in your phone:

 

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

How do I log out from the app?

In order to log out from your account in the Fitbit app, tap on Account and scroll all the way down, you will be able to see the "Log out" button. Tap on it to log out from your account.
