Yesterday morning, I had an 18 minute "brisk" walk according to my Fitbit app. Afterwards, I was awarded 18 active minutes.
Yesterday evening, I did a 30 minute cardio workout.
When I synced my app after exercising, my active minutes were only 30.
Both activities were automatically logged as "exercise" - after the sync, the walk went from 18 of 18 active minutes to 0 of 30 active minutes. The cardio workout showed as 30 of 30 active minutes.
My question - what happened to my 18 active minutes from the morning? Shouldn't the two combine to be 48 active minutes?
The customer support representative I chatted with was incredibly unhelpful and tried to explain that active minutes are awarded based on how active you are overall throughout the day, when the website clearly explains that active minutes are rewarded after at least 10 minutes of activity at 3 MET's or higher.
Can someone please help??

Hello @jendelp, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and let me know you have already contacted our Support Team. Tell me, is this the first time you experience this situation? Which tracker are you currently using? Did you sync your tracker after the first activity?
At this moment I would like to ask you to restart your tracker, then monitor it. If this issue happens again, please let me know so I can check this further.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
