Active hours and sleep are not syncing from my Fitbit Blaze watch. I’ve restarted my watch, deleted and redownloaded the app, made sure my watch was disconnected from my old phone, updated my phone, and did trouble shooting from the website. Everything else is syncing- steps, floors, etc- but not those. The last time those two items synced for me was on Wednesday May 27th.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Cnpotter87.
I am sorry to hear your active hours and sleep are not syncing from your Fitbit Blaze. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Since your device is syncing and you can see your other stats, I recommend restarting the tracker and doing the following:
Check if you can see your active hours and sleep. You can find more information about tracking sleep at How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks @LiliyaFitbit. I actually tried all that before I posted to the forum. I ended up buying a new Fitbit Inspire. My Blaze stopped holding a charge not long after I posted to the forum.

I've had a Charge2 for a bit over two years. I bought this model to track sleep and heartbeat. Last night, it didn't record any sleep at all, even though it recorded my heartbeat throughout the night (and the heart rate is consistent with my having been asleep, not to mention that I feel reasonably rested). I've hard-started my iPhone, updated iOS, checked that the Fitbit app is updated, restarted the Charge2, and both the app and the dashboard are showing a total blank on the sleep panel. What else can I try?
