Active minutes are showing up on my Inspire HR but they keep disappearing on the Fitbit app. I’ve uninstalled the app. Rebooted my Fitbit not sure what else to try.

In this last week (2/1/21) the mins on my app keeps showing my active minutes and then quickly zeros out.  I have reset my charge 2, closed out & restarted the app and turned off my phone and restarted that as well but still the active min keeps shows for like 1-2 seconds and then disappears back to 0 min.

Hi,

This morning they’ve been showing up for a little bit longer. Thought problem was fixed then all of a sudden disappeared again. Thank you for doing what you are doing

Hi all,

I have an issue with the Fitbit app. I currently have 54 active minutes and when I try to sync the Fitbit onto the app the minutes appear when it is syncing but as soon as this is completed they disappear and do not show on the main screen and when I click on the tab specifically for that. They do show on my Fitbit but just not on the app.

My steps and other features all appear when I have synced my Fitbit and I have updated the app this evening. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turning my phone on and off and tried to do a live chat with someone but the chat randomly ended and I can’t contact anyone now and I don’t want to loose the active minutes score.

Is anyone able to help!
Thank you in advance!

I am having the exact same problem! I also deleted and reinstalled the app. Deleted my charge 3 and put that back on. The active minutes are still appearing and disappearing.

Hi was wondering if someone could help, my charge 2 isn’t logging my active minutes on the app, is there a reason for this? Thanks.

Are Active Minutes showing on your Charge 2?  On the app, is the Active Minutes field not there, there but showing zero, or there and showing wrong number?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi

the last few days, my active minutes sync to the app then vanish, they still show on my device. They appear briefly once syncing but then reset to Zero. This as only happened the last few days, and possibly since the app was updated. I have contacted support but wondered if anyone else had the same issue. I’m using iOS.

@gremlyn   I am moving your post to the iOS forum.  It is a better fit for your issue.  You are not the only user describing this.  I believe Fitbit is aware.

Thank you.
I’m glad it’s not just me.
My Fitbit seems fine. It seems like a big in the app.
