I have noticed recently (even with previous app version), that after a sync refresh going from the main app dashboard to the Sleep tab for Inspire HR is really slow. I won't be able to scroll or open the other info in the sleep tab for about a minute while I see a wheel spin for a while. Obviously I rebooted the Inspire HR and phone but still happens. The other tabs don't seem affected after a refresh. Once that wheel stops things seem to run as intended and can go between tabs and open things with ease. Once I close the app and refresh again, the symptoms return. It's really odd and has only started in the past week or so, I assume an update did something.

Hello @Brent and welcome to the Help forum. You posted this on the web dashboard forum, but are having an issue with the phone app. Do you use an Android or iPhone? I want to move your post to a better fit forum. If others are having the same issue, it gets Fitbit's attention when in a better forum.

I’m using an iPhone 8 with the most recent iOS 14.4.1. Sorry for the wrong posting. Google brought me here first 😊
