Have only tried this one feature of app since update to 3.39, but if I go from the main dashboard screen to the sleep detail screen, the app goes into the sleep detail screen and completely freezes. I have to hard exit and reset the app every time (Alta HR)

Every time I go into my app today it’s frozen and crashed, it won’t let me access the sleep analysis at all. I’ve tried refreshing and restarting the app but just getting the same problem each time. Any suggestions

FitBit app version: 3.39
Device software version: 14.4
Device model: iPhone XS
Whenever I click sleep, it freezes and becomes unresponsive, and crashes.
I don’t know where I can submit this for bug support so I came here.

There's an ongoing issue with the iOS app causing the app to crash. Have a look at the main thread on this problem:
It's not clear whether this is just affecting iPad users

Have a look at the following thread which is about an ongoing bug with the 3.39 app. Even though you are not using an iPad it sounds very similar.

I'm still using Charge 3 and since upgrading to 3.39 everything is working except for when I click to look at my sleep activity. Yesterday it would open that section but would take forever to open any sleep data. Today when I just click to look at the sleep section it just completely freezes the app and I have to close it to make it work again. Just that one feature is a problem, it is otherwise working correctly in all other regards.

I uninstalled the app from my phone then installed it again which seems to of sorted the problem out so anyone still having problems maybe give that a try, see if it works 🤞🏻

They told me to log in and out of my account, but that created only a simplified sleep screen for me that states try again tomorrow...

Any hope?

When I click on the TODAY icon, and then click on the hours I have slept for that day to show me more details for the week, the app totally freezes and I'm forced to close it manually. I am running version 3.39 of the app and iOS 14.4.
Anyone else having this problem? Use to work fine until I updated to the latest version of the app.
